as part of the hamburg international queer filmfest hiqff bildwechsel presents the swarm screening LIFE-LONG-FILMMAKING: WE DEMAND FILMIC PLEASURE! cordial invitation to this homage installation as a foray into the lesbian-feminist-queer-punk-rock’n roll world of bev zalcock and sara chambers short as a vinyl single, the films are experimental, political, often psychedelic and with knowledgeable quotes from soviet cinema of the 1920s to american underground cinema – plus cheekily borrowed time travel music soundtracks.
