Bildwechsel works on a voluntary basis, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t care about the finances and everyday problems of the people who work with us. Only a lucky few women+ artists are in secure jobs. Short-term, part-time or day jobs, grants and various types of temporary funding are far more common.

The helping hand syndicate is an attempt to combine the various skills and abilities that individual women+ have to offer, for their mutual benefit.
Pass on tips, tricks, advice and inside information to the ‘helping hand syndicate’, an extended circle of friends helping to get information on jobs and apartments to where it’s needed.
