You surely already know about bildwechsel’s Swarm Viewing format…?
\nYou don’t? Well, a Swarm Viewing is a collective screening of an abundant selection of videos\/films on a particular topic drawn from the bildwechsel archives that can be watched on small portable DVD players.
\nWe travel with our equipment to different places where you choose the videos you want to watch, and you can view them at your own pace, either solo or in groups.
\n<\/p>\n
Our next Swarm Viewing will take place at Les Complices* in Zurich.
\n Both the winter and the current political situation beg us to feed our
\nideas and utopias with old and new impressions. Getting together,
\nexchanging ideas and letting the mind wander: with films and videos!
\nFor the Swarm Viewing in Zurich, we are selecting both old and new gems
\nand pearls from the bildwechsel archives… and hopefully jewels
\ncurrently slumbering in your mind or on your computer will help fill our
\ntreasure chest of hope. The darkness is long these days and a three
\nminute video can be quickly produced\u2026<\/p>\n
The deadline to submit your films and videos is January 14, 2018.
\n For the Swarm Viewing at Les Complices*, we are interested in films
\nabout utopias, existing and future communities and collectives, feminist
\nsci-fi films, documentaries about squatting or interventions that can
\nhelp bring about new ideas and ways of living. We also love experimental
\ndiscourses about future visions and are likewise interested in aging
\nwithin queer communities.<\/p>\n
The Swarm viewing will take place on January 28, 2018 at Les Complices*
\nin Zurich, Switzerland.<\/p>\n

\nYour submissions will become part of the bildwechsel video collection.
\nAnd as an archive, we welcome all of your films.<\/p>\n
